Ryan Koretoff is a California-licensed CPA and the founder of Koretoff Advisory, a firm providing business advisory, valuation, financial due diligence, and accounting services. He brings more than a decade of finance leadership experience, including extensive hands-on business combination and divestiture advisement across buy- and sell-side engagements — guiding acquisitive companies through the full M&A lifecycle. His more recent experience includes consulting on a large-scale AI infrastructure SaaS merger and several post-acquisition financial integrations for an international medical device manufacturer.

Ryan also earned an MBA in Finance from Chapman University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Southern California. His diverse background differentiates how he manages client relationships and communicates complex financial information to various audiences. Koretoff Advisory does not provide audit, attestation, or assurance services; the firm's work is strictly advisory, valuation, and accounting support.
